Allison Wyss's stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Alaska Quarterly Review, Juked, Moon City Review, the Southeast Review, Sundog Lit, Booth, the Doctor T. J. Eckleburg Review, MadHat, The Golden Key, and elsewhere. She has a BA from Vanderbilt and an MFA from the University of Maryland. Some of her ideas about the craft of fiction can be found in Reading Like a Writer, a monthly column she writes for the Loft Literary Center, where she also teaches classes. Erin Kate Ryan's fiction has appeared in Glimmer Train, The Normal School, Booth, Conjunctions, Hayden's Ferry Review, and Copper Nickel, among others. Erin Kate holds an MFA from the Bennington Writing Seminars and a JD from Boston University. She's the 2017 James Jones First Novel Fellow and a past McKnight Artist Fellow, Minnesota Emerging Writer grantee, Minnesota State Arts Board grantee, BreadLoaf waiter, and Sewanee Writers' Conference scholarship recipient. EK is an occasional contributor to the Loft's Writers' Block blog, and has taught classes and workshops for over ten years. She's completing her first novel, Quantum Girl Theory, which is represented by Dorian Karchmar at William Morris Enterprises.
